NOAA Now
Most application problems can be solved by either restarting the device or reloading the application from the app store. If neither of these resolves your problem, and it is not addressed in this FAQ, then please email Support.

FAQ
- I downloaded the app and the app store says it's installed, but I can't find the icon.
This is not an app problem, and sometimes happens with certain devices. Power down your device and then power it back up. The app icon should now be visible.
- Can additional NOAA content be added?
Yes. Send an email to Support with the NOAA feed you think should be included, with a reason why, and it will be considered for addition. Adding feeds would require an app update.
- Will NOAA Now send alerts to my phone?
Not at this time. You will need to start the application to view the latest information from NOAA.
- Which mobile devices are supported?
The Apple application is universal and will run on an iPhone, iPod Touch, or iPad. If you are using an iPhone or iPod Touch, the pages will usually view better in landscape orientation. The Android version will run on any phone or tablet running Android 2.1 or later.
- Loading seems to take a long time.
All of the RSS feeds are loaded at startup on the Apple platform, and the time taken will depend on the speed of your internet connection. The NOAA servers are also sometimes heavily loaded, particularly when a major event or emergency is underway such as a hurricane.
