Tracking what you eat is now fast and easy, and is the best way to lose weight or optimize your nutrition. Eating Now provides simplified meal entry and calculates your food and water consumption automatically. Over 30 nutrients can be graphed over a user-selected time period and optionally imported into the Health app. Share recipes and your food journal with friends and help each other with tips and advice.
