FitPlot brings your training log and your body measurements together in one app. Log any kind of workout, watch your progress chart itself, and let a ten-second body scan take the place of a tape measure.
Log any kind of training
Weight lifting, treadmill runs, CrossFit WODs, or bodyweight planks — FitPlot has the right form for each:
• Weight Training — Sets, reps, weight, and 1RM tracking with a "prefill sets at 70% of 1RM" shortcut.
• Cardio — Duration, distance (km or mi), average heart rate, and calories straight from your gym machine's readout.
• Circuits — AMRAP rounds plus partial reps for the round you were mid-way through when the clock hit zero. Log Cindy as "5+7 in 15:00" the way your gym does.
• Isometric Holds — Per-set duration and optional weight for planks, wall sits, and weighted holds.
Each type opens a purpose-built detail screen. Re-adding an exercise you've done before pre-fills every field from your last session so you only edit what changed.
Body measurements without a tape measure
Point the front camera at yourself and FitPlot estimates your key circumferences — neck, shoulders, chest, waist, seat, upper arms, forearms, thighs, and calves — plus a body-fat estimate. The scan runs entirely on your device. No image is ever saved or transmitted.
Pro subscribers unlock the LIDAR rear-camera scan on LIDAR-equipped devices, using the true depth sensor for a more accurate reading.
See your progress
The Performance chart plots any exercise or measurement over time:
• Weight training → volume progression with orange callouts marking workouts where you moved up in load.
• Cardio → pace (min/km or min/mi), distance per session, or calories per session.
• Circuits → rounds or total time per session.
• Isometrics → total hold time or max single hold.
• Body measurements → any circumference or the body-fat estimate.
Share any chart image with your trainer straight from the app.
Share with your coach (Pro)
Export workout history and measurement history as spreadsheet-friendly CSV files. Pick a start date, then send the file via Mail, Messages, or any share sheet destination. Each CSV row's shape adapts to the exercise type so a coach filtering by column in Numbers or Excel sees clean per-type views.
Healthkit integration
Every workout syncs automatically to the Health app with the right activity type — Strength Training, HIIT, Mixed Cardio, or Functional Strength — and honest calorie estimates (measured from your machine when available, otherwise from the ACSM MET formula against your logged bodyweight).
Private by design
All your data lives in your iCloud account. Nothing is ever sent to our servers. Sync happens through Apple's CloudKit so your measurements and workouts appear automatically on every iPhone and iPad signed into your Apple ID.
