This is the support page for Science Now and NASA Now.  Most application problems can be solved by either restarting the device or reloading the application from the app store.  If neither of these resolves your problem, and it is not addressed in this FAQ, then please email support

This is not an app problem, and sometimes happens with certain devices. Power down your device and then power it back up. The app icon should now be visible.

The application is universal and will run on an iPhone, iPod Touch, or iPad. If you are using an iPhone or iPod Touch, the pages will sometimes view better in landscape orientation.

There is an application-imposed limit of the most-recent twenty articles per topic so that download times do not become excessive in cases where there is a lot of content.

On the page you want to share, press the action button in the corner of the page, then select email, Facebook, Twitter or any of the other social networks presented.
